Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Create the marinade by combining yogurt, za’atar, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
