- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Create the marinade by combining yogurt, za’atar, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken by coating it well with the marinade and letting it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken on it. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
