- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Brush the salmon fillets generously with garlic butter.
- Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar spice mixture over the fillets.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
