Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets generously with garlic butter.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar spice mixture over the fillets.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
