- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked rice, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
