These delicious oven-baked turkey and rice meatballs are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked rice, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
