Description
A quick and easy weeknight dinner featuring crispy, cheesy pork chops that your family will love.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 pieces Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (freshly minced)
- 2 teaspoons Dried Herbs (like Italian seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (can substitute with avocado oil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each pork chop, making sure each is nicely coated. Dip each chop into the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to form a thick crust.
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and they are golden brown.
- Let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best reheating results, use an oven to maintain crispiness.
