Ingredients

- 1/3 cup plain full-fat yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/2 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Optional toppings: Cinnamon or honey (for toddlers over one year old)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, mashed banana, and peanut butter. Stir gently until fully mixed and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or into silicone molds. Tap gently to release air bubbles.
- Place the baking sheet or molds into the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight to firm up.
- When ready to serve, pop out one or two melts at a time.
Notes
These melts can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Serve with fresh fruit slices for added nutrition.
