Description

These no-bake Peanut Butter Bars are a quick and easy treat that the whole family will love!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons extra peanut butter for topping

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and have them ready to go.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well-blended.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into a 9×13-inch pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
  5. Spread the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let it set.
  7. Once set, cut into 12 squares and serve cold.
