- 8 oz pizza mozzarella
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese
- 24 small pepperoni slices
- Nate’s Hot Honey, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Grate the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and toss together in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture on a lined half sheet pan, leaving 1½ inches around the edges.
- Distribute the pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with hot honey.
- Serve and enjoy!
