Ingredients

  • 8 oz pizza mozzarella
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 24 small pepperoni slices
  • Nate’s Hot Honey, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Grate the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and toss together in a bowl.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on a lined half sheet pan, leaving 1½ inches around the edges.
  4. Distribute the pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
  7. Slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with hot honey.
