Description

Quick and easy garlic butter cheese bombs made with refrigerated biscuit dough and melty mozzarella, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded or diced string cheese)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A couple pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Open the biscuit dough container and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  5. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.
  7. Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bombs can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen before baking. Reheat in the oven for best results.
