Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored gelatin
  • Optional sweetener (Stevia or monk fruit)

Instructions

  1. Pour the cranberry juice into a saucepan and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the surface. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn the heat to low and gently warm the mixture while whisking continuously until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish, leaving space at the top.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Once set, cut into shapes or cubes and serve with fresh berries if desired.

Notes
