Delicious Puff Pastry Pizza Bites made in a muffin tin, customizable with your favorite toppings, and perfect for a quick family dinner.

- 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed and chilled
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- ⅓ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 12 pepperoni slices, cut into smaller pieces
- SideDish Ranch, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to slightly enlarge the sheet.
- Cut the pastry into 12 equal squares.
- Gently press each puff pastry square into the muffin tin cups.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into each pastry cup.
- Spoon a small dollop of ricotta cheese on top of the marinara.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the ricotta and marinara layers.
- Add the pepperoni pieces evenly across the cups.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then carefully remove from the tin.
- Serve warm with ranch for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to customize toppings based on what you have on hand. For a vegetarian version, skip the pepperoni.
