A no-bake, cozy breakfast option that combines pumpkin, oats, and spices for a delicious start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Toppings (chopped pecans, whipped cream, yogurt, granola)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix well.
  2. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
  3. Stir before enjoying and adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
