Ingredients
- Rice Paper Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes or paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan with 1-2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
- Cut rice paper wrappers into desired shapes.
- Once the oil is hot, add pieces of rice paper to fry in small batches.
- Flip the chips using a slotted spoon or tongs for even cooking.
- Remove once golden brown and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Season while hot.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dips and store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
