Easy Rice Paper Chips

Description

A crunchy, family-friendly snack made with rice paper wrappers that comes together in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes or paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan with 1-2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
  2. Cut rice paper wrappers into desired shapes.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add pieces of rice paper to fry in small batches.
  4. Flip the chips using a slotted spoon or tongs for even cooking.
  5. Remove once golden brown and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Season while hot.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dips and store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
