Delicious baked Ritz Cracker Sandwiches with ham and Swiss cheese – perfect for quick snacks or party appetizers!

- 48 Ritz Crackers
- 10 slices of ham
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Poppy seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, lay down 24 Ritz crackers, top side down.
- Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut your ham into 24 rounds and place one round on each cracker.
- Cut each slice of Swiss cheese into 4 rounds and place one round on top of each ham slice.
- Top each stack with another cracker to form sandwiches and press gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of the sandwiches.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of each sandwich.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving warm.
