- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
- Stuff each chicken pocket with the creamy cheese mixture.
- Season the stuffed chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Top each chicken breast with about ½ tablespoon of butter.
- Bake for about 25-35 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
