Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon: In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the mango salsa: In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and cilantro. Toss gently and set aside.
  3. Heat your grill or oven to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates.
