This delicious sautéed bok choy comes together in about 10 minutes for a quick and easy side dish that your family will love!
Ingredients

- 2 heads of bok choy
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon cheek
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Prep the bok choy by washing and drying well, then chopping into ¾” pieces.
- Create the flavor paste by whisking together tamari, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Sauté the bok choy in avocado oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add the flavor paste, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until bok choy is wilted.
- Finish by squeezing lemon juice and drizzling with sesame oil; garnish with sesame seeds.
