- 12 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup of mix-ins (cooked vegetables, meats, etc.)
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Grease a baking sheet well with oil.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl until well mixed.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
- Add your 1 cup of mix-ins to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until the eggs are set, about 15 minutes.
- Slice into squares once cooled slightly and serve warm.
