- 4 oz Cold Smoked Salmon
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (plain or herbed)
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1/4 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- Fresh Dill (for garnish)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Add capers, red onion slices, and fresh dill on top.
