  • 4 oz Cold Smoked Salmon
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (plain or herbed)
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1/4 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • Fresh Dill (for garnish)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Add capers, red onion slices, and fresh dill on top.
