Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
