- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each spinach scoop.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
