A delicious and versatile Steakhouse Potato Salad that comes together in about 30 minutes and is perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 3 pounds unpeeled red potatoes
- 3/4 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil or Miracle Whip dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft classic Ranch dressing
- 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1 cup Kraft finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into small 1-inch cubes, place them in a large pot with salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender, then drain.
- Chill Out: After cooking, cover the potatoes and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Chop & Mix: Dice the green onions and mix the mayo and ranch dressing in a small bowl.
- Combine It All: Add green onions, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and dressing to the cooled potatoes. Mix gently.
- Chill Again: Cover the salad and refrigerate before serving to let the flavors meld.
