- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (any variety)
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- Optional: crushed graham crackers, sliced almonds, chia seeds, whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a medium-sized bowl or jar, add your oats and milk, and stir gently to combine.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until well mixed and creamy.
- Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and add the vanilla extract, then stir again.
- Gently fold in the fresh diced strawberries.
- Transfer everything to jars or sealable containers and pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add your favorite toppings before serving.
