Delicious Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies that come together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

- 1 Box (18.25 oz) Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 and 1/4 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- A couple of pinches of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the egg mixture to the cake mix and stir until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 tablespoons each.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, letting cool for 3 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. You can freeze them for up to 3 months as well.
