Description

Delicious Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies that come together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 Box (18.25 oz) Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 and 1/4 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • A couple of pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the cake mix and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 tablespoons each.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, letting cool for 3 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. You can freeze them for up to 3 months as well.
