Description

Delicious baked taco ranch bites that come together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick appetizer or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) bottle ranch dressing
  • 5 (15-count) frozen phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain the fat, then add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and green chiles. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing until creamy.
  5. Spoon the mixture into phyllo tart shells.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Cool for a minute before serving.
