A quick and easy Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes using just one pan.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 head romaine or butter lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the cooked chicken thinly against the grain.
- Combine the sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce in a bowl and stir to coat.
- Assemble the wraps by adding the chicken mixture to a lettuce leaf, topping it with carrots and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
