- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze mixture.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let it rest for about 2 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
Pair with asparagus or broccoli for a complete meal, or serve it over rice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
