Description

A quick and delicious salmon recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes. It’s versatile and perfect for a comforting family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze mixture.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  8. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Let it rest for about 2 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

Pair with asparagus or broccoli for a complete meal, or serve it over rice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
