Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Slice the chicken lengthwise into thin slices.
- Place the sliced chicken in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then rub the spices into the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute before slicing into strips.
