Ingredients

- 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20)
- 1 pound protein of choice (ground pork, turkey, chicken, or vegetarian)
- 2 cups shredded vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
- 3 tablespoons creole seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Minced or powdered garlic
- Dipping sauce (spicy ranch or soy sauce with sriracha)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the protein over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crumbly.
- Add the vegetables and cook for another 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the creole seasoning, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Assemble the egg rolls by placing about 2 tablespoons of the filling on an egg roll wrapper and rolling tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the egg rolls for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your dipping sauce.
