- 3/4 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, place the water, garlic, and spinach. Cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the spinach is wilted but bright green.
- Add in the cannellini beans, salt, cayenne, and nutmeg. Continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve directly from the skillet or drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
