Description

  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients together and stir them well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once boiled, reduce the heat and let it simmer covered for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When heated through, serve up and top with a dollop of fat-free sour cream and perhaps extra cilantro.
