A hearty and comforting white turkey chili that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients together and stir them well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiled, reduce the heat and let it simmer covered for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When heated through, serve up and top with a dollop of fat-free sour cream and perhaps extra cilantro.

This recipe is customizable; feel free to add other ingredients like corn or bell peppers based on your pantry supplies.
